I highly recommend this product if you’re in the beginning stages of menopause, per menopause. It is really helped my joints, my sleep, and in my case has taking my hot flashes away. When I woke up this morning and noticed that I had been sleeping on my side. I haven’t been able to do that for about a year now because of my back and hip pain. Wow! Instant success was not promised but that’s what I’ve experienced. Very happy with this product! I purchased the three month supply and look forward to other health benefits in the future. No doubt, I’ll be buying this product on repeat. A word of caution to those who aren’t good at taking pills. The capsules are not overly large, but feel sticky when going down. I’m a good pill taker, and can easily take supplements by the hand full, but must take these capsules individually with plenty of water.
